Description

This sensor has a handle of 70mm. The exposed length of the tip is 105mm with a diameter of 5mm (175mm total length) made of 316 stainless steel. All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable. Supplied standard with 3.0m  cable terminated to MCX plug for plugging into Logtag TREX and TRED30 (-40/+99°C).
